The Silk Road Insurance Forum is an international platform that brings together senior executives from the insurance and reinsurance sectors, representatives of regulatory authorities, and business partners. The forum offers as a strategic meeting point where industry leaders discuss trends, explore innovative business models, and establish new collaborations.
The Forum will be held on 25 March 2026 in Istanbul, at the Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus Hotel.
Insurance and reinsurance companies, assistance firms, brokers, and industry professionals from Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, China, Egypt, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan are invited to attend.
The Forum offers a unique opportunity to strengthen cooperation among Silk Road countries, share innovative business practices, explore current industry developments, and build valuable business connections.
Participation is by invitation only. You can request an invitation by completing the contact form available on the event website.
Once you receive your invitation, you can complete your registration by filling out the online form through the link provided in the invitation.
Admission to the event is granted only with confirmed invitations. We recommend contacting the organizing team at info@silkroadinsurance.com to verify your registration status. Since the event may reach full capacity, it is advisable to follow up promptly to avoid any delays.
If you need to update your information, please contact the organizing team at info@silkroadinsurance.com at least 2 weeks before the event date to request any changes.
Yes. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@silkroadinsurance.com at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.
No. Invitations are personal and non-transferable.
If you require a visa to enter Türkiye, an invitation letter can be provided once your registration is confirmed. Please send your request to info@silkroadinsurance.com after receiving your confirmation.
In compliance with the data protection laws of the Republic of Türkiye, only the names of participating companies will be shared.
The official languages of the Forum are English and Turkish. Simultaneous translation will be available during all sessions.
Yes. The participation fee is USD 500, and the gala dinner fee is USD 200.
The fee grants full access to all Forum sessions and the gala dinner.
The gala dinner, serving as the closing event of the Forum, will take place on Wednesday evening, 25 March 2026, at the Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus Hotel.
